You can make keychains, pencil toppers, rings, and table buddies out of them. Start making them with kids to teach them sculpting and show the versatility of pipe cleaners.

Suggestion #1: Craft A Pipe Clearner Chameleon
Let’s craft a cute little Chameleon wrist buddy from pipe cleaners with this method. Looks irresistibly adorable with plastic googly eyes and a long tongue popping out, and you can definitely have a good playing time with it.
Just like it should be, the tip of the tongue is rolled, which makes it life-like. The tail is, however, rolled completely into a circle that seems a bit quirky. You can definitely choose a color other than green and red, like yellow, multiple colors, especially rainbow, and also blue.
You will also want to make feet in a size that fits your fingers. Start with it’s a perfect Earth Day and zoology class craft.
Suggestion #2: Craft a Chenille Yarn Elephant
Let’s craft a tiny baby elephant plushie with this pipe cleaner method. To begin with, we shall first make a simple pipe cleaner animal based on a 30cm chenille stem.
This starting will let you craft many other animals by adding more layers on the part, from a sitting puppy to a sitting cat, and more.
For this one, you will want to spiral the pipe cleaner around the legs and also the nose part.
There are also pipe cleaner cups that you have to bend and white cutouts for the teeth. You can make yours in pink, grey or blue for sure.
Suggestion #3: Craft A Tiny Cat
This Halloween, craft this spooky black cat plushie using just pipe cleaners and googly eyes. You can remake it using 3 pipe cleaners in less than 7 minutes. I suspect it is inspired by the Jiji from anime.
Not crafted as a doll but as a standing cat with four legs, you can make it your table buddy. It will also require you to craft a leg and head structure after the bending of the head.
To add bulk in the body, simply wrap the pipe cleaner around the body. While it is mouthless, you can definitely work on adding one.
Suggestion #4: Craft A Pipe Clearner Crab
For summer, craft this kawaii, googly-eyed crab plushie in just 9 minutes. It is both authentic and oh-so cute with the 6 little legs and tiny claws that are adorable instead. Want it in red? Your remake can be in any color!
Requires a pipe cleaner ring, start around which you will macrame the pipe cleaner to cover it and give it a proper shape.
With a total of two body shells needed, you can also make a seashell out of this benging pattern.
Anyway, take cutouts from a pipe cleaner, bend and join for the legs and claw. You can take it to the beach!
Suggestion #5: Craft An Among Us Charm
For you and your classmate, you can craft this pipe cleaner Among Us crewmate pencil topper in about 8 minutes. This is one of the most authentic and accurate Among Us plushies and can be made in any color and cosplayed.
An easy idea would be to craft a leaf pair, an apple, a fried egg, or a bone on the head. I like the red the most. First, start with the outlined sculpture of Among Us.
You can also use a drawing as a guide for this purpose. Then, simply fill the whole by wrapping around. You will want to craft the helmet parts separately. It is an irresistible gift idea.

Let’s craft a tiny diving turtle plushie using pipe cleaners and googly eyes with this method. This is gonna be a baby turtle plushie you can make in less than 10 minutes. The sea green and brown is popular, but not only a great color combo.

Suggestion #8: Craft A Pipe Kawaii Frog
Let’s craft a cute, ready-to-jump baby frog plushie with this pipe cleaner tutorial. The notable aspects are the seamless yellow dorsal and the perfect bulging eyes.
You can craft yours in a different pose by bending the leg pipe cleaners. To start with, you will require a new body base, so be sure to watch the tutorial carefully.
Suggestion #9: Craft A Pipe Cleaner Cat

This should be the easiest pipe cleaner animal craft so far. That is, we are gonna craft a two-color butterfly ring just by rolling and joining pipe cleaners in 5 minutes.
This spring, you make many in different colors and gift some to your friends and baby girls. With pipe cleaners, you can easily adjust the ring diameter to whatever size it initially was.
Requires you to fold in a circle both halves of the pipe cleaner in the first color. Similarly, take a little smaller pipe cleaner and fold it in the same way. This will make the bottom. Afterwards, you can take another pipe cleaner and make both the ring and body, plus antennae, together. That’s it!
Suggestion #11: Craft A Pipe Cleaner Octopus
Again, for the summer, craft this pipe cleaner baby octopus using a styrofoam ball base. This base will make it super easy to craft a perfectly round octopus head by covering the entire ball with a pink pipe cleaner.
You are, however, not restricted to only pink. I would also recommend using purple, blue, and yellow.
There are also tiny octopus arms that only need small cuttings from a pipe cleaner, which are bent a little. This will be a hot-selling craft fair item.
Suggestion #12: Craft A Pipe Cleaner Sheep
This is the most fine-detailed animal plushie we have discussed so far. Gonna be a standing sheep plushie starting with the usual animal base.
Demands much more wrapping and neat combining of white and brown pipe cleaners. My favorite parts are the bulky legs, ears and the hair. You can craft one as a baby shower or spring present.
