You can hang your Christmas wreath on your front door using a bow-bow knot made of fabric.

Tutorial to DIY An Egg Carton Christmas Wreath
This project shows you how to make a Christmas wreath from egg boxes. You will need an empty egg box and a plastic ring. First, you cut the egg box into many small pieces. Then, you paint each piece green and let them dry. You glue the green pieces onto the plastic ring.
Make sure to cover the whole ring with the pieces. Next, you add a big red bow at the top. You can also glue small red balls and gold stars on the wreath. Finally, you hang the wreath on your door. It is very pretty and easy to make.
Materials You Need:

Empty cardboard egg cartons

A plastic bucket lid (or a pre-made craft ring)

Green acrylic paint and a brush

Scissors or a utility knife

Hot glue gun

Red ribbon and a pre-made red bow

Small red beads or berries
-
Small gold snowflake decorations
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Prepare the Egg Carton Pieces

Take your egg cartons and cut out the individual egg cups.

Once you have the cups, use your scissors to trim the edges into 4 or 5 pointed leaf-like shapes.

Keep cutting until you have a large pile of these “leaves.” You will need enough to cover the entire ring.
2. Paint the Pieces

Use your green paint and a brush to paint every egg carton piece.

Make sure to paint both the inside and the outside.

Let them dry completely before moving to the next step.
3. Create the Wreath Frame

Take a plastic bucket lid.

Carefully use a utility knife to cut out the center of the lid, leaving only the outer ring. This will be the base for your wreath.
4. Assemble the Wreath

Use the hot glue gun to stick the green egg carton pieces onto the plastic ring.

Start by gluing a row all the way around.

Then, add a second and third layer of pieces on top of the first row to make the wreath look thick and full.

Overlap the pieces slightly so that none of the white plastic ring shows through.
5. Add the Decorations

Glue the large red bow to the top of the wreath.

Take your small red beads (the berries) and glue them in small groups around the wreath.

Glue the gold snowflakes or stars in the empty spaces between the berries.
6. Final Touch
