Quick Frame-by-Frame Guide

1. Measure & Start Folding (00:18–00:38): Take a 30 cm orange pipe cleaner. Using a ruler, bend a 1 cm end tab, measure 5 cm, and make the first fold back.

2. Form the Triangular Hat (00:39–01:25): Continue accordion-folding the stem tightly back and forth, making each pass slightly narrower, until a tapered triangular witch hat shape is formed.
