Whether you have to decorate for Christmas or fall festivals, learn how to DIY this plush beaded mushroom ornament following a 2-in-1 tutorial! This few-minute mushroom plushie keychain can be made in any of two variations: the toadstool mushroom with the bead spots and the wild mushroom plush! With just a few wraps, you can make a life-like mushroom!
Luckily, this complete mushroom plushie is made from just a single pom pom! That is to stack the yarn wrappings and cut the loops in the end, trimming later on! This is now one of my favorite autumn crafts.
I also discussed making a toadstool mushroom pot, but it requires using the pipe cleaners. You can also use this DIY mushroom to make an elegant potted decoration. Just DIY both versions and add them to your kawaii pot! These are fluffy, soft mushroom ornaments you won’t want to resist! Continue reading to learn more about this project!

Quick Miniature Mushroom Plushie Guide
Skill Level: Beginner – level 4 (making a stacked yarn wrapping pom pom, knotting multiple wrappings, and trimming the unique shapes).

Pom pom variation: Stacked pom pom
You will start with the red yarn and 140 wrappings around your 3 fingers. You will knot from the middle with this wrapping using the white yarn! Set the red yarn aside and wrap around your 4 fingers with white yarn 40 times. You are doing so to make the mushroom cap!

Stack the white wrapping over the red one and, from the middle, knot both together! Now, wrap 15 times around your 2 fingers, removing it and knotting it over the white wrapping. A total of these wrappings are needed to be attached.

You will also sew the first white wrapping around the cap using the sewing needle. For the remaining guide, I recommend watching the step-by-step wild and toadstool mushroom plush guide that I have provided below!
