With the arms covered with the socks and the base cardboard for the beanie, everything is clever about this DIY snowman.

Way 3: Snowman from Socks & Foam

Using a foam base for the head, some cardboard and old white sock, you can make this interesting glass lantern snowman.

When place your snowman inside a glass, I cannot tell how cute it will look. Whole snowman doll needs no sewing and very quick to make.

Way 4: Make a Gnome Snowman from Yarn

Believe your eyes and me, this yarn snowman and half gnome is so cute and fluffy.
You can make it just from a small skein of yarn by knotting from the centre.
The scarf is also made from yarn strands and then wrapped around.
For your snowman, you will also make a cardboard hat with a really NICE wavy brim.
I kind of think it is lightweight and needs no base.

Way 5: Make a Snowman from Socks (Simpler)

This is another way of making the snowman from socks and you may have guessed right. The base snowman pattern remains the same.
What actually is interesting is how to make the beanies for the snowman from socks, too.
The prior way actually used flat fabric and needed a bit seaming. So, you can recycle your colorful socks for this one.
