Ways to DIY Seashell Memento Crafts for Summer Decorations
Author: Talha

Let’s talk about how you can turn your best beach finds (the seashells!) into an elegant momento. I would suggest to you the CLEVEREST ways to DIY seashell crafts, mainly by upcycling other materials. These will be the wooden pallets, sand, glass jars, jar lids, old candles, crayons, and much more. If you have no leftover natural seashells to use, the assorted seashells, starfish, and pearls will be used on our way.

And all with them, we will end up with beach arts, ocean jars, seashell frames, seashell and resin coasters, wall arts, and much more. Have broken seashells?

No, worry, we will also be using them to craft a beautiful decoration. Besides decoration, I would also suggest some seashell activities for kids, such as the seashell animal toys, candles, and crayon art. Now, be sure to explore this Weekly curation with me!

Note: This is not my first discussion on SUMMER crafts. I have already talked about the ways to craft for summer in general and watermelon crafts in particular. If you are interested, check them afterwards, too.

Suggestion #1: Beach Art with Seashells and More

This rustic beach shadowbox art will make a nautical decoration over your countertop wall shelf in the hallway. Requires wood panels, walnut gel stain, driftwood paint, and your beach momentos.

You can make a weathered, coastal look by dry-brushing light colors over the stained wood before filling the compartments with sand, starfish, and your favorite vacation mementos.

You can start with the tealight candles, and there is no prep needed except for cleaning the shells..
