This is part 4 and the last pattern in the “crochet duck plushie costume” series. We will crochet it as a Cinnamoroll plush balacava with long stuffed ears, a bow on the head, and a bow tie. So, it is also a removable crochet plush costume.
The blue complements the white VERY WELL, and I recommend crocheting it in the same color. Since our doll is small, we shall crochet it using the thin plush yarn. Crochet Bunny Duck Costume: Round-by-Round Pattern
Here is the written crochet pattern for the Plush Rabbit Cosplay Duck Hat. This sweet bonnet includes adorable long rabbit ears and a bow accent, perfect for standard-sized duck keychain bodies.
Materials Needed
- Plush Yarn: Velvet/chenille yarn (Len nhung gấu) in Light Blue/Mint (Color 16 for hat and ears) and Darker Blue/Teal (Color 17 for the bow accent).
- Crochet Hook: 2.5 mm
- Other Tools: Stitch markers, scissors, tapestry needle, and positioning pins.

1. The Main Bonnet Base (Light Blue)

Bonnet Straps & Tassels:
- First Strap: Straight from the corner of Row 9, ch 20 to make the tie string.
- Tassel Ball: Ch 2 more. Turn and work a cluster of 4 half-closed hdc stitches into the 3rd chain from the hook. Pull the yarn through all loops on your hook to close the bobble, ch 2, and sl st into that same chain loop. Fasten off.

2. Long Rabbit Ears (Make 2 – Light Blue)
The ears are worked continuously in a spiral. Use a stitch marker to keep your place.

[10 sts] - Finishing: Flatten the open base of the ear by pressing the two edges together. Insert your hook through both layers at once and sc across to seal the ear closed. Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
3. The Accent Bow (Darker Blue)
The bow is crocheted as a small flat rectangle, then cinched in the middle.
- Row 1: Ch 26. Skip the first 2 chains, and starting in the 3rd chain from your hook, work 26 hdc across.
[26 sts] - Rows 2–3: Ch 2, turn. Work 26 hdc across. Repeat for Row 3.
[26 sts] - Finishing: Bring the two short ends of the rectangle together to meet in the center, overlapping slightly. Sl st them together to form a loop, and cut a long yarn tail. Wrap this long tail tightly around the middle of the piece several times to cinch it into a beautiful bow shape. Tie off securely on the back.
Assembly Instructions
- Use positioning pins to space the two rabbit ears evenly onto the top of the bonnet base (leave a gap of about 8 stitches between them) and sew them down.
- Center and sew or hot-glue the dark blue bow accent directly in front of the rabbit ears on top of the hat.
- Put the hat on your duck amigurumi and secure it by tying the tassel straps under the chin!
