By folding and fringing standard sheets of tissue, DIY this colorful, quick, and affordable tissue paper tassel garland. Recommended especially for Cinco de Mayo, birthdays, decorating the mantel, or otherwise.
You can customize by changing the thickness of the fringe strips or the colors of the Washi tape. You can string your tassels onto a cord or twine. The recommended spacing is about 5 inches.
Suggestion #2: Mod Podge Vase With Tissue Paper

Let’s upcycle a glass vase and DIY this gradient vase decoration using tissue paper and Mod Podge. Tissue paper is fragile when wet, so handle it carefully when brushing Mod Podge over the top so the pieces don’t get torn. That’s why the designer recommends having experience with Mod Podge, as well as using tissue paper, to avoid wrinkling of tissue paper.
Requires four shades of blue or tissue paper that range from the darkest color at the base and blend up into the lighter shades. Hold white flowers inside it or make a seashell decoration with starfish, rocks, and pearls, too.

Suggestion #6: DIY Tissue Paper Rainbow Craft

This tissue paper rainbow table wreath looks just so lively! The core idea to craft this art wreath is to apply the tissue paper squares soaked in glue on a rainbow drawing using an unsharpened pencil.
Just wrap the 2cm by 2cm tissue paper cutouts around the pencil, dip in glue, and attach. An 18″ x 24″ drawing paper will make a kinda big rainbow that is also quick to complete. You will need 6 colors of tissue paper!
